Tropical Energy Bites


1/2 cup Mariani Dried Cranberries

1/2 cup Organic by Mariani Dried Mango

4 Organic by Mariani Deglet Noor Dates

1 1/2 cups shredded coconut, divided


  1. Soak the dried fruit in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain the water. Add 1 cup of shredded coconut to the dried fruit and process until almost smooth.  
  2. Harden in the fridge for about 10 minutes, then roll into 6 balls. Roll the balls in 1/2 cup shredded coconut.
