Pineapple Tango Daiquiri


  • 10 pieces Mariani Tropical Pineapple
  • 2 shots of light rum
  • 3 shots of triple sec
  • 1/3 cup light coconut milk
  • ice


In a small saucepan over high heat, mix the Mariani Tropical Pineapple with 2 shots of triple sec for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the Pineapple becomes a rich orange color and is moist and tender to the touch.  Pour the tango with heated triple sec into a blender.  Add remaining ingredients and fill the blender with ice.  Blend and serve immediately.
