1/4 cup California Dried Plum purée (see below for instructions)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup all-purpose flour

Prep Time: 10 Minutes
For the Prune Puree:
1 1/3 cups (about 8 ounces) Mariani Pitted Prunes
6 tablespoons hot water

For the Prune Puree:
1. In food processor, process Mariani Pitted Prunes and water until puréed. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 month. Makes 1 cup.
