Mixed Greens with Cranberries



  • 4 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1/4 cup Mariani Dried Cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese
  • 1/8 cup Walnuts

Vinaigrette Dressing:

  • 2 TPSB Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup California olive ranch oil oil
  • Kosher Salt & Pepper to taste


Combine mixed greens, cranberries, feta cheese and walnuts in bowl.

In another mixing bowl combine vinegar, mustard & olive oil.

Add salt & pepper to taste.  Cover and chill to allow flavors to blend.

Toss and serve over the mixed greens.

Makes 4 servings.
