Mini Cranberry Brie Bites


1  8  ounce brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 1” pieces

15 frozen phyllo tart cups

Brown sugar

Mariani Dried Cranberries, 2-3 for each tart


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Arrange phyllo cups on a mini muffin pan.  Place one piece of brie cheese in each phyllo cup.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of brown sugar on top of brie. Top with 2-3 Mariani Dried Cranberries.
  4. Bake until brie is melted, about 5-7 minutes. Enjoy immediately.
