Feta, Apricot & Walnut Wontons


  • 12 Won Ton wraps
  • 2/3 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 cup Mariani Dried Mediterannean Apricots
  • Splash of milk or milk substitute
  • Grated Parmesean cheese for garnish


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine feta, walnuts, apricots, and milk in a bowl.  Mix well.  Divide mixture evenly and drop by tsp onto won ton wraps.  Fold wraps over and pinch edges with wet fingers to close.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until won tons start to lightly brown.  Sprinkle with grated parmesean cheese.

Makes 12 appetizers or lunch for two.
