Cranberry Apple Muffins


3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup Mariani Dried Cranberries
1 cup apple, peeled and chopped


1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Combine sugar, brown sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside.
3. Beat butter, milk and eggs; mix well. Blend flour combination into egg mixture.
4. Fold in Mariani Dried Cranberries and chopped apple.
5. Pour batter into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
