1. In a blender add almonds, Probiotic Apricots, Pitted Dates and almond butter. Blend until finely chopped and mixture starts to form and stick to each other.
2. Add in coconut flakes, chia seeds and cinnamon & blend until combined.
3. Line a 8×8 baking sheet with wax paper. Pour mixture into the lined pan and evenly spread out the mixture. Then, using your hands, press mixture into the bottom of the pan. Press firmly to ensure the mixture sticks together.
4. Place bars in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes to let set. Cut and serve.
