Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup Strawberries – fresh
  • 1 large Banana – fresh
  • 1/2 cup Mariani Wild Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 to 2-1/2 cups milk (non or low-fat) or milk substitute
  • 2 TBSP chocolate syrup
  • 3/4 cup strawberry yogurt

Directions

Toss all ingredients in blender and blend to desired consistency.

Makes 2 smoothies.
