Place dried plums and liquid in blender. Process until pureed. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Serve chilled. Extra portions can be refrigerated or frozen. Prepare shake the night before for a quick grab-and-go breakfast.
Yields: 2 servings.
For a smoother texture, use 3/4 cup silken tofu with 2 TBSP strawberry preserves in place of the strawberry yogurt. Soy milk or rice milk can also be used in place of regular milk.
