1 cup raw almonds
1/3 cup Organic by Mariani Dates
1/4 cup Mariani Coconut, finely chopped
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
Instant Chocolate Pudding
1. Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions. Evenly distribute chocolate pudding into clear glasses.
2. To make the “dirt” topping: Place almonds, dates, coconut and cocoa powder in a food processor. Pulse until well mixed and crumbly. Drizzle coconut oil in and continue to pulse until mixture is evenly moistened.
3. Top chocolate pudding with “dirt” topping. Garnish with a few strawberry pieces to complete your “dirt” cups.
