Chocolate Date Shake

Ingredients

1 banana
3 dates
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
4 ice cubes
200 ml almond milk

Directions

1. Add chopped bananas, dates, flaxseed, vanilla extract, cinnamon and cocoa powder to the blender.
2. Add ice cubes and almond milk to blender.
3. Blend on high speed for approximately 2-3 minutes until creamy or smooth. Enjoy for breakfast or as a healthy snack.
